TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT AND VISA

Foreign delegates should arrange for their own travel to Thailand and are expected to arrive on Friday, 6 December before 1600 hrs. The opening session will commence at 1800 hrs. Delegates will be met at the airport and vans will be available to transport them to the venue of the conference.  A conference secretariat will be set-up at the venue of the conference, and delegates can register after they have checked-in.

Normally, nationals of ASEAN countries can obtain entry visa valid for one month upon arrival at Don Muang International Airport in Bangkok. However, participants should verify with the Thai diplomatic or consular mission in their respective country regarding requirements for obtaining appropriate entry visas to Thailand before traveling.
