ACCOMMODATION

 

The accommodation facilities are excellent. All rooms are provided with mattress, pillows, blanket and towels. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are four types of accommodation:

  • · Single room aircon @ 350 Baht per room per night (can take one couple) 3 units
  • · Twin room aircon @ 450 Baht per room per night (can take two couples) 1 unit
  • · Double room electric fan @ 250 Baht per room per night (cool at night) 8 units
  • · Dormitories air con with 10 beds per room @ 1,300 per room per night 2 units

Please note that there are only 3 single aircon, 1 twin room aircon and 8 double room fan. Assignment will be on "first come first serve" basic.

Those who confirm their preferred type of accommodation early will be given priority in room assignment.

 

FOOD

 

The retreat center will prepare the food. The rates are 40 Baht per meal per person, and 20 Baht per snack per person. There will be five (4) meals and three (3) snacks during the retreat.

  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, etc.)
  • Towel, rubber slippers
DIRECTIONS TO LAMLUKA [Map]
  1. Take Rama IX Expressway and drive towards the outer ring road
  2. Upon approaching outer ring road, take left (Bang-pain sign)
  3. Drive north until you reach Lamlukha intersection (after Minburi)
  4. At this intersection, turn right towards east
  5. Drive another 16 km until you find on your right a big old catholic church with a cemetery on one side, and a building for orphan/old/disabled people on the other.
  6. Just after passing the church and right in front of the cemetery is a small bridge (without water below). Right after this bridge, there is a dirt road (possibly paved now) on the left (you need to U-turn and then turn right)
  7. Drive for about 2 to 3 km straight until you reach the gate of the retreat center
